Here is a VINTAGE FOLBERTH WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR, specific application unknown. I am guessing this is from the 1920's or 30's perhaps Jeep or Truck applications? The shaft spins freely (not seized) but there is no restriction or air movement. There is either a part missing or something that attaches onto the side of the housing as pointed to in the pictures.
