This listing is for (1) vintage Ford wheel that is stamped "KH". I believe this means Kelsey Hayes. It is 16" x 4.5". The bolt circle measures 5 on 5.5". I got it in a stack of wheels with flat tires, so I cannot say for sure what it was on originally. Others have said that this was used on 1940s Ford cars and half ton trucks up until 1952.
