Racing Hart 16X7 & 16X7.5 +38 offset redrilled by Spec Fab in San Diego, CA. to 5X114 bolt pattern. Wheels have been freshly powder coated and lips polished to mirror finish. The barrels are in original condition & could use a good cleaning.
