This is a reconditioned rim that was reconditioned due to a ding in the lip. The rim was reconditioned at "Wheels America" in Buena Park California and is true and round. The back side of the wheel has chips, and they just powered coated over them. The face looks decent but does have a line in the machined part. Please look at pics closely.
