This is a 14x4 Topy wheel off a Datsun Roadster 1500. 9/65 date code. Let’s get to the worst part: water must have been trapped in the tire for an extended amount of time. There’s some pretty thick surface rust. I was able to take a brush and get down to shiny metal so I could read the date code. It should either be bead/ media / water blasted, or spend some time with a grinding wheel. But there are no soft spots, and it is not the bad rust.
