One (1) Vintage 1959 Buick Wheel Cover Hubcap

This hubcap is in excellent shape. I have tried to show in the pictures that there are tiny dents around the exterior (hardly noticeable). There is slight scuffing on the hubcap, but the emblem and surrounding black are intact. All of the tabs are intact and not dented. I do not know what the black is on the inside of the emblem area. I tried wiping it off. But that does not impact the outside area. From tab to tab, it measures approx. 14 5/8" in diameter....
