This is one 1920's Chrysler hub cover caps. It is functional but has road rash and some dings in it. It is soft aluminum. There were several different sizes of the same cap made so check the dimensions and pictures carefully to see that these are correct for your application. The thread diameter is 2 5/8", the height is about 2 1/4", the outer diameter is about 3 1/2". If you need more information to confirm this will suit your needs, please ask.
