You are purchasing a used original equipment hub cap for the Triumph TR2, TR3, TR4 TR4A cars with the 15" road wheels. The diameter is 10" across the back. This is in used shape. Overall the chrome is OK, shows some rust, chrome age and 'bubbling' and scratches. Some guys just hang hubcaps in their garage over their car.
