57 Dodge Lancer 14" Hubcap Back Part Used Needs To Be Re-chromed

This is the back plate of a 1957 Dodge Lancer hubcap. It is missing the center spinner. It also has dents, surface rust, and needs to be re-chromed. But, I didn't want to just put into the scrap metal because it could be repaired or made into a novelty clock or something. Please contact me if you have any questions and thanks for looking....
