This listing is for ONE (1) USED original equipment 15" deluxe 4-bar flipper wheel cover (stock #0C) originally offered on the 1965 Ford full-size passenger vehicles equipped with the 15" STANDARD STEEL wheels. This cap is in fully functional condition but in need of cosmetic restoration. The bolt-on flipper ornament is firmly in place but has pitting in the plating, which can be seen in the photos provided.
