1929 Oldsmobile Wheel Hub Threaded Grease Cap

Am told this is for a 1929 Oldsmobile - wheel hub grease cap. Made of heavy aluminum and showing typical use. Internal threads are just fine, and should be a good replacement part if you have one missing. Internal diameter is 2 3/4" and fine threads very close together. As a bit of humor, I obtained this in a box of canning jar lids. The seller thought it must fit some kind of canning jar? With the name Oldsmobile on it? As they say, you just can't fix stupid.
