These are new LEDs with old used aluminum housings that were powder coated. The old housing had some minor imperfections but the powder coat is heavy. All LEDs are new and bright. These are mounted to the body with 3M two sided tape. This is a custom item Not factory correct item. These will need to be wired in. No returns Items are ready to peel and stick in. Each are labeled to where they go on the scout. Ask any questions They have been tested and test fitted....
