As the pictures show, this was a complete Lamp from GM, But sometime in the last 60 years the Lens, Gasket and screws to attach were taken off this assembly. You will receive just what is shown. It fits 1961 and 1962 Pontiac Tempest and Lemans on the Left side (Drivers side). What you will receive is all NOS, where the gasket was there are remnants of it remains. There is no original packaging included. Stamped on the part is: "Guide F2Z-61, Made in the U.S.A."...
