This is a DieselSite Wicked Wheel for the Garrett GTP38R, the Ball Bearing drop-in turbo for the 7.3L Powerstroke. I installed it once, but because I had a manual transmission, the turbo didn't spool fast enough for me. It did make a noticeable seat of the pants difference on the top end though!
