This is a factory Corvair turbocharger, carburetor, and intake pipe. The serial number is 4912 and the part number is 3830651 as shown. From what I can tell, the 3830651 unit was used on 62-63 Corvairs and may also fit other years. Please confirm your specific application. This turbo setup looks to be in good core condition as shown.
