I purchased this part from an auction . It fits Chevrolet Colorado pickups , 2015-2020. The part number is 84081014. It's a complete package with a sealed bag containing the small hardware, and 3 brackets as shown in photos. Parts box had original tape that i cut for purpose of photos). It's not a used item but has scratches on the arm mount faces that won't be seen, likely from item being taken out of original box and put on a concrete floor.
