This is a used Original STEERING WHEEL COLUMN COVER / SHROUD and the STALKS for Volvo 740 760 940 960 models 1985-1990. On the shroud each piece has Volvo part number 1272640 and 11359426, Made in Sweden. USE part numbers and photos to confirm it is what you need. Upper and lower sections fit together nicely, with original screws. There are also the 2 stalks as pictured that are attached inside on a metal plate and attach by screws into the shroud.
