1 of the 4 retaining tabs on the back are broken, as well as the plastic bracket that holds the small circuit board in place. Please see pictures, I put some yellow marks near the damage. Due to these damages I list the condition as "for parts or repair". Otherwise, the small bulb on the circuit board lights up when the electrical connector is supplied power, see pictures for clarification regarding where illumination function is confirmed working....
