This steering column collar is from two different cars and fits the 1965 Impala. Both pieces were painted, badly, by someone and it is not stock. It does not come with the screws. The threads inside the collar are intact. I had these mounted on my car before I found a nicer set. Non tilt. Needs restoration. Driver quality. As is....
