Here is a VINTAGE 1920's TAIL LIGHT STAND, specific application unknown. A viewer did email (Thanks!) to say it is for a Model A. It is in good used condition with no dents or abnormal bends. It does angle to one side when standing on a flat surface but this is by design thus indicating to me that it is to compensate for the angle of the body where it is being mounted.
