This is a used rear turn signal stop light taillamp assembly marked that it is a right (passenger's side) for 1968 New Yorker models. Please check your own parts listings to be sure. The chrome on the bezel is shiny, but does have some small pits on it's edges. The painted areas need refinished. There is some paint overspray that needs cleaned off. The lens has some scratching.
