This is a used rear turn signal stop light taillamp assembly marked that it is a right (passenger's side) for 1966 Delta 88 models. Please check your own parts listings to be sure. What can be seen of the lens looks okay with just some scratching. Cast on the lens is GUIDE 35 SAE STDB 66. The chrome on the bezel is very shabby with pitting. The painted areas need refinished.
