We bought a couple of totes of lenses and this was one of the treasures that was in them. The left hand reverse light assembly that will fit a 1978 Olds 98. The lens has DOT (2) R 87 GUIDE 3C on it. The part number on the back of it is 16503225 LH. The lens has some scratches and scuffs and there are two small chips out of it.(see pictures 2-5) All the mounting studs are there and both light sockets are there.
