Here we have a vintage automotive foot ignition switch. I'm not sure if this is for a specific make, or if it's aftermarket. It did *not* have continuity when tested with a multimeter. I suspect that the contacts inside are just dirty. I had one whose cover was attached with screws, and it didn't work at first, but I opened it up and cleaned a bunch of dirt off the contacts and it worked fine afterward.
