Here is a Vintage 1930's Headlight Switch - Clum 9191. I am not sure of the specific application, but I suspect it may me 1930's MoPar Dodge Chrysler Plymouth DeSoto, but this is only a guess on my part. There is some mild surface rust and a small chip in the paint on the base of the knob. The fuse is missing but this is common hardware. The switch appears to function as it should.
