I recently replaced the stock steering wheel in my 2019 Passport Touring with the heated version, which uses a different clockspring/cable reel. This is the original one from the NON-heated wheel WITH paddle shifters and it worked great with no issues. I think it might also be compatible with 2019-2022 Pilots, Odysseys, and Ridgelines, but do your due diligence, as I make no promises or guarantees.
