Here is a Hazard Knob that will work with the standard Saginaw steering column found in Chevy/GMC trucks 1973-1987 as well as Jeep CJs 1976-86, YJ Wranglers 1987-1995, XJ Cherokee 1985-1994, and Comanche MJ 1986-92.
