Original Chevy Caprice, Oldsmobile Delta 88, Buick Lesabre Electra window and door lock switches. I am not sure the exact years this fits, and it may fit other models as well. It is in good shape. I don't see anything broken or cracked. There are some scratches and small dings in the cover plate. I have not tested the switches and do not know the working condition.
