You are looking at a drivers side switch bezel for a 1980-1989 Lincoln Town Car. This unit due to the interior finish is for a 1988 specifically. As you can see it is in very nice condition with the exception of the underside hook which is missing. Once the bezel is installed you will not notice any incorrect function of the part.
