Up for sale is a command / radio unit for the W211 E class Mercedes. This unit was just tested and worked fine, powers up and fiber optic signal sends. You can see it in the first and second pictures installed in my car powered up. I have a 06 E55 which is how I tested this unit for function, plugged right in, powered right up no code needed.
