This is one set of (2) custom smoked acrylic sun visors for MG Midgets. They are laser cut from .118"/3mm thick dark gray acrylic. The ends are 3D printed aluminum and the main spar is Ø5/16" 304 stainless round bar. The arms are fastened to the pivot mounts with #10-32 button head machine screws with locking threads.
