Vintage 4 spoke Wood Rim Steering Wheel 17'' Original 1920`s Buick Pontiac Chevy Dodge Ford ? Not 100% sure what car this was used in . Previous Owner I bought it from said it was Buick , but He wasn`t 100% sure It does have column locking system but I don`t have key for it . It has "RELCO Steering wheel Lock " metal plaque It is in decent original antique/vintage condition .
