Here is an NOS GM steering wheel that fits some 1969 and 1970 Buick models including Skylark Wildcat and Lesabre. This was in the original GM box with no part number label, so the box was discarded (original box NOT included). This is definitely NOS and it has clearly never been installed on a car.
