Used condition. Splines look good. Hard to find OEM Mopar Tuff Wheel steering column adapter with the 3 steering wheel attachment nuts. Will work for Rim Blow steering wheel as well. This is the car version with the flat locator spline mostly found on 71-74 A and B bodies. Look at pics closely....
