As you can see by my photos you are looking at a Horn Cap Button that was removed from a mid 1970's International Scout ii many years ago and properly stored away. This Factory Scout Sport Steering Wheel Horn Cap is in really nice original survivor quality condition. It has no chips, cracks, damage or any previous repair and all of the mounting tabs on the backside are intact and unbroken.
