It is the 3 spoke rimblow style wheel used on most Ford, Lincoln and Mercury products from 1970-1973 such as Mercury Cougar, Mercury Cyclone, Mercury Marquis, Mercury Montego, Ford Mustang, Ford Torino, Ford LTD, Ford Galaxie and possibly more. It has one crack at the 12:00 position, shown in the photos. There are other small cracks. The rimblow horn switch is gone and will need replaced. The correct wiring cover is missing.
