Offered here is a 1951 (according to internet searches) Oldsmobile 88 or 98 "Deluxe" steering wheel horn center cap assembly. The unit is unrestored. The metal housing is somewhat rusty and the chrome edge plating is largely gone. The original plastic dome is not cracked and has good clarity.
