Here is a 1949 Buick Convertible Steering Wheel - Vintage Original for Driver or Restore. This wheel appears to be in fair to good survivor condition. It is a little rough around the edges, but this could still be used as a driver or on a Rat Rod. The main flaw is the cracks in the material covering the core.
