1946-48 Chrysler Steering Wheel HORN RING 1142641 It may not fit all models, check part number or refer to photos. The top of the ring is obviously broken off. It's a clean break, and mates up nicely. An easy fix with a tig. Chrome on it is very presentable. No other issues. The photos show the condition well.
