As you can see by my photos you are looking at a Steering Wheel Horn Cap Assembly that was removed from a 1941 Plymouth many years ago and properly stored away. This Factory Mopar Deluxe Horn Cap # 869118 is in nice original survivor quality condition and still retains it's original finish.
