This is an original 1940 Olds Deluxe Steering Wheel w/ Horn Ring assembly. Pretty good condition, but needs restoration-see photos. Chrome is shiny, but does have some tiny speckles, few tiny pitts, few nicks and scratches in areas-see photos. Button showing its age, has some fade in colors and some scratches on face-see photos. This came out of a '40 Olds 90 Series. Olds Book shows this would fit all '40 Oldsmobile models. Please check my other listing....
