Selling a 1940 Chrysler steering wheel. It is complete with a partial column cutoff with shift lever. The wheel itself is straight, but there are large cracks and will need to be redone. Horn ring is broken, center emblem is decent. Column cutoff will be included, but will be removed and shaft trimmed down for shipping unless I get a request to leave as is at time of purchase.
