1932? Buick Horn Covers - Lot Of 7 Pcs - Original? - Fair

These are roughly 5" diameter and 3" overall height - 1932 Buick? - no band around the bottom - not sure what that means in terms of year/model - From the Collection of M. Blair These domes are in fair condition - Appear to have never been chromed and are relatively free of dings and dents as well as splits or cracks. But have the obvious rust. Perhaps they are blanks that were unfinished from remanufacturing efforts? 7 pcs weigh a a little under 2 lbs in total...
