Here is a Vintage 1920's Locking Steering Wheel Center, specific application unknown. The name on the lock mech reads "Sargent" but the ID tag is too faded to garner any info other than what appears to be the part number or serial number. I am guessing this to be a period correct aftermarket accessory item. The key is missing but I believe the lock can be rekeyed or replaced.
