True story: I was driving my Ford Expedition to a Dr. appointment in Vista, CA, and when I came out, it wouldn't start. So I took an Uber to a nearby AutoZone and bought this starter. Installed it right there in the parking lot, as I had tools with me. Didn't make any difference, so I put the old one back in and tried to return this one.
