Nuts are loose and spin freely. Sometimes dirt and moisture cause the nuts to seize onto the collar. This is an original collar with spring perch nut and locking nut for a Ferrari 599 front shock, part number 212508. May also be used on P/N 257058 but I can't guarantee the fit.
