Here is a nice set of Bilstein B8 Sport Shocks for use with a BMW e39 540i Sedan. They should be paired with lowering springs, I had used H&R Race Springs, it looked great, but did ride very harsh. These were initially purchased in late 2021 and installed into a 2003 BMW 540i that had 129,500 miles. These were installed until late 2023 when the car had 134,000 miles.
