This is a saddle driver side front seat belt retractor for a single cab 1981 - 1987 Chevrolet or GMC truck. Its good enough if you need something to be there but my opinion is it needs to be dissassembled and cleaned. Webbing has no defects other than fading and soiling. It just retracts slow. The cover does have a crack in it next to where the belt exits. You can see it in the pic. Easy fix when you take it apart from the back side. No chips in the plastic around the crack.
