There is some damage to the belt and that may be seen in the picture. They have not been cleaned. One of the nuts broke off with a vehicle and that left the mounting bracket with some Rust damage and that may be seen in the picture. The mounting brackets have rust on them and I would say it's primarily the mounting brackets that are attached down by the door.
