Used 1957 Chrysler, DeSoto & Dodge dash mount for rear view mirror, part number 177179, with a casting number of 1771797. The pictures tell the story. I was not able to loosen the nut by hand, but the stem does swivel, with some friction, just as it was when new, or close to that.
